- Three trays, 40 kg per run Open-access trays with tray lights carry dishes and drinks on a chassis with vehicle-grade independent suspension, so liquids arrive level.
- 23.8-inch advertising screen A full-height display runs menus, specials, events and venue branding on every trip through the room — content you control.
- Movable head that reacts to guests Adaptive head movements respond to movement, touch and delivery events; interactive buttons, expressions and voices give the robot a personality of its own.
- Effortless pick-up AI tray detection, tray lights, on-screen guidance and voice prompts confirm that a dish has been taken; the robot moves on without a button press.
- Through 59 cm passages An ultra-narrow 48.6 cm body clears gaps as tight as 59 cm at up to 1 m/s, so busy dining rooms and hotel corridors are not a problem.
- 360° recognition 4 stereo vision sensors, VSLAM and an RGB camera see all the way round; precise positioning maps are built from the robot's own spatial data collection.
- Multi-robot fleet coordination Patented AI algorithms optimise routes and dispatch several robots as one — intelligent scheduling, collision-free operation and mixed fleets of different KEENON models.
- Your venue's own character Head accessories, expressions, voices, skins and screen content are chosen per venue; remote calling and the app handle summoning, tracking and task management.
