Buy Unitree Robotics G1 Basic Robotic Arm - Industrial Robotic Arm Solution | Robotix Market

Description

The Unitree G1 Basic is a compact humanoid robot positioned as an accessible entry point into Unitree's G1 platform for research, education, and development applications. Standing 127 cm tall (132 cm including head) and weighing approximately 35 kg, the G1 Basic provides a capable bipedal platform at a notably competitive price point in the humanoid robotics market.

The G1 Basic features 23 degrees of freedom, including 6 DOF per leg, 5 DOF per arm, and 1 DOF waist, enabling stable bipedal locomotion at speeds up to 2 m/s. The robot's industrial-grade crossed roller bearings and low-inertia PMSM motors deliver 90 N·m peak knee torque for dynamic walking and balance recovery. The 60 cm combined thigh and calf length provides human-like proportions for natural movement.

Perception is handled by depth camera and 3D LiDAR, enabling environmental awareness for navigation and obstacle avoidance. An 8-core CPU provides onboard computing for perception processing, with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity for remote monitoring and control. The 9000 mAh smart battery delivers approximately 2 hours runtime with quick-release design for field swapping.

Note that the G1 Basic is configured without secondary development support—organizations requiring SDK access should consider the G1 EDU variants. The Basic edition serves teams evaluating the G1 platform, educational institutions demonstrating humanoid robotics, and researchers who need a capable bipedal robot for controlled experiments without custom software development.
