KAIST HUBO Family

KAIST HUBO Family is a series of humanoid robots developed by KAIST Hubo Lab in Daejeon, South Korea. Price: Not for sale (research platform). Key specs: up to 34 DOF, 80 kg, 12 km/h top speed. The earliest model dates to 2002, and the family includes DRC-HUBO, which won the 2015 DARPA Robotics Challenge. Not commercially available.
