12 Pledges of the Robot Overflow Community

Before you enter the marketplace, read and acknowledge each pledge. These rules protect every member of the Robot Overflow Family — buyers and sellers alike.
01プラットフォーム外で取引しません
I will never ask, accept, or arrange to complete a deal outside of Robot Overflow — no WhatsApp, Telegram, bank transfer, or any other external channel.
02正直に出品します
私が出品するすべての項目は正確に商品を説明します。実際の写真、実際の状態、既知の欠陥はすべて開示します。偽造品、盗品、または誤表示された商品は出品しません。
03禁止されている商品は出品しません
私は盗品、許可のない輸出管理対象のハードウェア、武器、偽造部品、または自分または買い手の管轄区域で販売が違法なものを出品しません。
04約束したことは完遂します
売り手としては支払いが確定したら表示された期限内に発送します。買い手としては自ら開始した購入を放棄しません。私の言葉は私の契約です。
05プラットフォームを操作しません

07手数料を回避しません
Platform fees fund the infrastructure, fraud protection, and support that make Robot Overflow safe. Attempting to dodge them — in any form — is a breach of trust.
08誠意を持って紛争を解決します
If something goes wrong I will communicate directly and honestly first. I will contact Robot Overflow support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
09プラットフォームをスクレイプしたり乱用したりしません

10I understand Robot Overflow is not a party to my deals
Robot Overflow provides the marketplace infrastructure. The sale contract is between me and the other party. I take responsibility for my own due diligence.

Every Robot Overflow member agrees to these pledges when they first join. They exist to protect you — whether you are buying or selling. If another member violates them, please report it via the listing or user profile.
