This policy covers shipping obligations for sellers, expectations for buyers, and how Robot Overflow handles shipping-related disputes.

1. التزامات شحن البائع

يجب على البائعين شحن العناصر المشتراة خلال 5 أيام عمل من تأكيد الدفع ما لم يُذكر إطار زمني مختلف في القائمة. يجب تعبئة العناصر وتغليفها بشكل مناسب حسب الوزن وقابلية تكسر الروبوت أو المكوّن المرسل.

2. التتبع

يجب أن تتضمن جميع الشحنات رقم تتبع صالح يُقدَّم للمشتري خلال 24 ساعة من الإرسال. الشحنات بدون تتبع لا تغطيها حماية المشتري في حالة عدم التسليم.

3. شركات النقل

Sellers may use any reputable carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, or equivalent). For items over 30kg, freight carriers must be used. Robot Overflow provides integrated label creation via EasyPost for domestic US shipments.

4. الشحن الدولي

Sellers are responsible for customs documentation, export declarations, and compliance with export control regulations. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country. Robot Overflow is not liable for delays caused by customs.

5. تكاليف الشحن وإضافات البائع

Shipping costs are set by the seller and displayed at checkout. Robot Overflow does not mark up shipping fees. For robot-sized items, shipping costs are estimates based on declared dimensions and weight — final carrier charges may vary. Sellers may enable integrated shipping management via a subscription ($299.99/month) or a per-sale fee (1.4% of sale price), which enables EasyPost label creation, tracking, and buyer notifications directly through the platform.

6. الضرر أثناء النقل

البائعون مسؤولون عن التعبئة الملائمة. إذا وصل العنصر متضررًا نتيجة تعبئة غير كافية، يكون البائع مسؤولًا عن رد المبلغ. يجب على المشتري تصوير الضرر عند الاستلام. يمكن بدء مطالبات تأمين الناقل عن أضرار النقل عن طريق الاتصال بالدعم.

7. أُطر زمنية للتسليم

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Robot Overflow is not liable for carrier delays. If an item has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact support to open a non-delivery claim.

8. شحن المرتجعات

For approved refund cases (item not as described), the seller provides return shipping. Robot Overflow will coordinate return labels where possible. Items must be returned within 7 days of refund approval.

9. وجهات مقيدة

البائعون غير ملزمين بالشحن إلى جميع البلدان. قد تحدد القوائم قيودًا على الشحن. يُحظر التصدير إلى دول أو مناطق خاضعة لعقوبات بموجب القانون. يجب على المشترين في المناطق المقيدة التأكد مع البائع قبل الشراء. راجع سياسة الاسترداد لدينا للمعاملات التي لا يمكن تنفيذها بسبب قيود الشحن.
