These Terms of Service govern your use of Robot Overflow.com and the Robot Overflow platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Pagtanggap sa Mga Tuntunin

By creating an account or using Robot Overflow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Robot Overflow on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Rehistrasyon ng Account

Dapat kang magbigay ng tumpak na impormasyon kapag nagrerehistro. Responsibilidad mo ang pagpapanatili ng seguridad ng mga kredensyal ng iyong account. Ipaalam sa amin kaagad kung pinaghihinalaan mong may hindi awtorisadong pag-access. Maaari naming suspindihin o wakasan ang mga account na lumalabag sa Mga Tuntuning ito.

3. Mga Listahan at Mga Responsibilidad ng Nagbebenta

Dapat magbigay ang mga nagbebenta ng tumpak na mga paglalarawan, kabilang ang kondisyon, mga espesipikasyon, at mga kilalang depekto. Ipinagbabawal ang paglista ng mga ipinagbabawal na item, maling paglalarawan ng mga produkto, o pagmamanipula ng platform. Ang mga nagbebenta ay responsable sa pagtupad ng mga benta at pagpapadala ng mga item ayon sa paglalarawan.

4. Mga Responsibilidad ng Bumibili

Dapat kumpletuhin ng mga bumibili ang mga pagkuha na kanilang sinimulan. Ang bayad ay dapat bayaran sa pag-checkout. Responsable ang mga bumibili sa pagberipika ng angkop ng mga produkto para sa kanilang nilalayong paggamit. Ang mga chargeback o pagtatalo sa pagbabayad na inumpisahan nang hindi muna nakikipag-ugnayan sa amin ay maaaring magresulta sa suspensyon ng account.

5. Mga Bayarin at Pagbabayad

Robot Overflow charges a volume-based platform fee on each transaction, deducted from seller payouts and charged to buyers at checkout. Seller fees start at 7.99% and decrease as cumulative volume grows, down to 2.99% for enterprise accounts. Buyer fees start at 4.99% and decrease similarly. Current fee tiers are displayed on the pricing page. Where Escrow Payments is used, an additional Escrow Payments fee of 1% per transaction applies (or a flat subscription of $299.99/month). We reserve the right to update fee rates with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Ipinagbabawal na Pag-uugali

You may not use Robot Overflow to conduct fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; circumvent our fee structure; harass other users; scrape or copy the platform; or list items that are stolen, export-controlled without proper authorization, or otherwise illegal to sell.

6a. Mga Transaksyon sa Labas ng Platform

Soliciting or completing transactions outside of the Robot Overflow platform is strictly prohibited. This includes — but is not limited to — sharing contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, or any other channel) with the intent to close a deal off-platform, instructing a buyer to cancel and repurchase through an external channel, accepting direct bank transfers or cash as payment for a Robot Overflow listing, and linking to external storefronts or personal websites as a workaround to avoid platform fees. Any attempt to circumvent the platform transaction system — regardless of the channel used — is grounds for immediate listing removal and permanent account termination. Robot Overflow monitors messaging and listing content for off-platform solicitation signals.

7. Intelektwal na Ari-arian

Robot Overflow owns or licenses all platform content including design, code, and editorial content. You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos) but grant Robot Overflow a worldwide license to display and promote it. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

8. Escrow Payments Buyer Protection

Escrow Payments is Robot Overflow's optional buyer protection service. When enabled at checkout, funds are held by Stripe on behalf of Robot Overflow until the buyer confirms receipt or the auto-release window expires. Auto-release fires 30 days after confirmed delivery for Escrow Payments users, or 90 days after delivery for transactions where Escrow Payments was not activated. Manual-release mode allows the buyer to hold funds until they are satisfied the item matches the description. Buyers may freeze funds and open a dispute at any time during the hold window. Escrow Payments does not guarantee item quality — it guarantees the payment process. Robot Overflow is not a party to the underlying sale.

9. Paglutas ng Alitan

Transaction disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact our support team. Robot Overflow may mediate but is not obligated to resolve private disputes. Decisions by Robot Overflow in disputes are final for platform purposes.

10. Limitasyon ng Pananagutan

Robot Overflow is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Robot Overflow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Mga Paalala

Robot Overflow is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Platform Content — Education, Papers & Guides

Robot Overflow publishes AI-assisted editorial content including news articles, research paper summaries (Education / Papers), and buying guides (Guides). This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Research paper summaries link to original sources and do not re-host copyrighted material.

13. Mga Pagbabago sa Mga Tuntunin

Maaaring i-update namin ang Mga Tuntunin anumang oras. Ang mahahalagang pagbabago ay ipaaalam sa pamamagitan ng email o notice sa platform. Ang patuloy na paggamit pagkatapos magkabisa ang mga pagbabago ay nangangahulugang pagtanggap. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon sa binagong Mga Tuntunin, dapat mong itigil ang paggamit ng platform. Makipag-ugnayan sa amin para sa anumang mga tanong.

14. Namamahalang Batas

Ang Mga Tuntuning ito ay pinamamahalaan ng mga batas ng Poland at ng European Union kung naaangkop. Anumang mga alitan ay sasailalim sa hurisdiksyon ng mga korte sa Katowice, Poland, maliban kung ang mga batas ng proteksyon sa consumer sa iyong hurisdiksyon ay nagsasaad ng iba.
