SWD 125 safety drive wheel for AGVs, AMRs and logistics robots

The SWD 125 safety drive wheel inherits the exclusive safety functions of the SWD range in a compact form factor, suitable for light- and medium-duty logistics robots. It integrates safe motion control and a safety encoder, enabling compliance with machinery safety standards for mobile robots.

Combined with safety laser scanners, the SWD 125 wheel can form a safety system rated SIL2 / PLd, compatible with safety scanners available on the market. The IP66 electronic control unit is suitable for industrial environments where robustness and reliability are required.

The SWD 125 range is available with two gearbox ratios, 4:1 and 14:1, to cover different needs in terms of speed, torque and push force:

4:1 version (reference EW2A-125HN04x) for higher speeds up to 11 km/h and moved loads up to 500 kg.
14:1 version (reference EW2A-125HN14x) for applications requiring higher torque and a push capacity up to 1,500 kg.
